Across our established 12 acre complex we offer a whole host of different activities. You can fish for 30lb+ carp on our specimen lake ‘Station’, you can go coarse/match fishing on Ben’s Lake, you can visit our award winning Cafe that serves breakfast & lunch Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Bring your caravan or motorhome and stay a night or two on our verified CL site, or maybe a spot of wild swimming or paddle boarding on one of our actvitiy lakes… either way, we look forward to seeing you soon!
Our Services
Carp Fishing
Station Lake
At just over 2 acres, our intimate but feature full carp lake is home to 97 stunning carp, of which 40 are over the 20lb mark with around 15 of them being 25lb+. The lake record is currently 30lb.
Open Water Swimming
During the winter of 2024, we completely drained Dragon Lake, removed all fish and underwater obstacles, gave it a thorough tidy-up, and refilled it—transforming it into our brand-new activity lake!
Lavender Cafe
Open Thursday- Sunday 09:00 until 13:00
Our award winning cafe serves a freshly cooked breakfast & lunch menu 4 day’s a week. We are dog friendly and we can also deliver to your door via Deliveroo.
Caravan & Motorhome Stay
We have 5 dedicated CL pitches that are situated just a 10 minute drive or train ride from the NEC. We occasionally have an electric pitch or two available, contact us if this is of interest to you.
Coarse/Match Fishing
Ben’s Lake
A 16 peg match and pleasure lake averaging 4-5ft deep that is stocked with carp, F1 hybrids, roach, rudd & gudgeon. The carp average 5-10lb and match weights to over 100lb are regularly caught.
Paddle Boarding
Now dedicated to open water swimming and paddle boarding. Dragon Lake is a stunning, tranquil spot with excellent water quality.
